My client is a multi-award winning commercial builder based in the Western Suburbs and known for their exceptional culture as much as their impressive projects. Their upcoming portfolio of work includes Education, Government, Community and Luxury residential builds up to $10M

I am seeking an experienced project manager to join their highly skilled team and deliver multiple projects in excess of $5M.

A generous salary package of up to $140,000 is on offer for the successful professional.

Here's what you'll need:

• Commercial Project Management experience of at least 2 years with a commercial builder in Melbourne
• Proven record of delivering multiple commercial projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work autonomously and has good time management skills
• Ability to chair client project meetings
• Personable and exceptional presentation
• Strong work ethic
• Works well within a team environment
