Key responsibilities

• Generate construction programmes using Microsoft project
• Deliver all of your projects on time and budget to the highest standards of quality
• Oversee tender interviews, letting of contracts; including subcontractor negotiations
• Implement and manage project delivery systems.
• Manage and mentor your team to get the best results

Key skills required to succeed

• A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills
• Previous experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial projects in excess of $10M
• Intricate Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Current Drivers License
• An excellent personality
