Project Manager

My client, a Construction Group with over 30 years’ proven experience at the forefront of construction in Melbourne, are hiring for a Senior Project Manager for their Apartments division.

With a diverse service offering including building, interiors and facilities, they meet their clients’ needs at every turn. Projects typically range from $10-50 m in value and are located in the CBD and inner suburbs. This role is for the delivery of Apartment projects, but the wider business covers Health, Education, Government and Commercial sectors, to name a few – get your foot in the door and seize an opportunity to diversify your project portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

• The delivery of projects to the highest standard
• Scheduling trades and construction programs
• Liaising with the client and subcontractors to complete the project on time and budget
• OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to on site
• Meeting Time, Cost and Quality milestones throughout the project program

You must have:

• 5+ years at Project Manager level
• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects in excess of $15m
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build great working relationships with colleagues, contractors and clients
• Strong computer skills
• A focus for ongoing professional development
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Trade or tertiary qualifications alongside proven experience
