They are a dynamic and innovative builder based in the North-Western suburbs of Melbourne and are seeking an experienced Pre-Site Administrator to join their team. This is a family oriented company that will value your hard work and dedication.
The position:
Manage the pre-site process:
- Managing between 50- 70 client files, approvals & reporting
- Liaising with new and existing clients throughout sale and pre-construction
- Accurate completion of new clients & sales files
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Deliver administrative tasks and support where needed
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Exceptional time management
- Customer service and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
