My client is a well known volume builder, established over 10 years ago. They are a dynamic and innovative builder based in the North-Western suburbs of Melbourne and are seeking an experienced Pre-Site Administrator to join their team. This is a family oriented company that will value your hard work and dedication. 

The position:
Manage the pre-site process:

  • Managing between 50- 70 client files, approvals & reporting
  • Liaising with new and existing clients throughout sale and pre-construction
  • Accurate completion of new clients & sales files
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Deliver administrative tasks and support where needed

 

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Exceptional time management
  • Customer service and professionalism
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
