The Role:

• Coordination and management of subcontractors
• Creating and updating Construction programs
• Design Management & Coordination of shop drawings
• Assuring quality of work
• Managing and updating RFI's
• Letting subcontractor packages

You will have:

• A Minimum 3-5 years Experience with a tier 1 or 2 Construction Company in Melbourne
• A Tertiary qualification in construction
• Having completed a graduate program with a recognised tier 1 or 2 builder preferred but not essential
• Intricate knowledge of Melbourne subcontractors
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
