The Builder:
  • A Lucrative, Specialised and Growing builder in the Northern Builder
  • Detailed new builds, refurbishments and fitouts in specialisedprojects
  • Strong client base, enabling the builder to work on some of Melbournes most Exclusive and Exciting Projects, with a very strong pipeline of work
  • Projects Range from $1mil to $35mil
The Role:
  • Work alongside project managers in planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Aid in collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders.
  • Monitor progress, update milestones, and address issues to keep projects on track.

About You:
  • Degree qualified or relevant experience
  • Proven track record on Commercial or Residential projects
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Construction industry
