Project Coordinator 
Location: North West Suburbs and South East Suburbs
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Package

My client is a true leader in the water infrastructure space and due to a very strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a project coordinator to come onboard and assist the engineers with project delivery. Role
You will be working as a part of our dynamic team based at either one of the clients offices in the North West or South East suburbs. Your role will be to provide support to the estimating, project management teams and pipeline construction teams.
The key focus of this role is to maintain and monitor project schedules and report on activities to ensure projects are running smoothly.
  • Liaising with the client and senior management teams as required
  • Coordination of various construction activities including scheduling material deliveries
  • Sourcing and vetting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers as required
  • Reporting on progress and dealing with challenges on the projects
  • Ensuring that the administrative and financial tasks are met at each critical deadline
About you
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, strong coordination, highly organised and proven stakeholder engagement skills
  • Procurement experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to attend site and project related meetings
  • Driven and career focused
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A social person with a great attitude
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent would be highly desirable
