About the Company
This builder has been around for 10 + years and specialises in custom residential builds across the inner suburbs of Melbourne. They have experienced stable success year on year and feel it is time to take the next step with their company. They are looking to bring on a project administrator who shares their passion for delivering breathtaking homes and can add valuable contributions to their companies internal processes and workflows.

About the Position
This newly created position will be a multi-faceted position where no two days are the same. There is a lot of room for the right candidate to really make this position their own, and take a front seat in driving this companies success. Duties include but not limited to;

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients during the pre-site stages of the building process
  • Obtaining relevant property information from local councils and authorities
  • Liaising with draftsmen, building surveyors and engineers with regards to the issuing of permits
  • Communicating with developers for approvals
  • Liaising with other departments to obtain relevant pricing/updated building plans
  • Maintaining database information and workflow
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required


About You

  • You are a driven and motivated person who thrives in an autonomous position
  • You love to be in a supportive position and suit a smaller sized company
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of building administration experience
  • Team oriented attitude to work, and a passion for learning
