Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchasing and procurement processes
- Manage project paperwork, including filing and documentation
- Support the payroll team by assisting with timesheet management
- Create and track purchase orders
- Coordinate Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) with engineering teams
- Assist the safety team in inputting inspection data
- Organise and maintain daily site diaries
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Stability of a Monday to Friday, full-time permanent position
- Dynamic work environment
- Exposure to a variety of projects across Western Australia
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
Key Criteria:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or engineering
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
