Production Manager - Custom/Medium Density Build

About the Company:
My client is a highly recognised custom & townhouse builder for over 30+ years with a reputation as one of VIC's finest home builders based in the Western suburbs. The Role:
Due to growth, there is an opportunity for a Production Estimator to join their team. You will be reporting into an experienced Estimating Manager. You will be responsible for the following:

• Takeoffs & BOQ's
• Production estimating on new custom and townhouse projects
• Quantifying materials & labour required
• Liaise with builders, designers, and key stakeholders
• Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:

• Ideally 4+ years' experience
• Must have Custom/ Medium Density experience
• Proficient in Databuild
• Advance Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• A proactive work ethic
