The Company
My client is a volume builder that has just recently relocated to a new & modern office in South Melbourne. Set up at the start of 2020 they are in a growth phase where they are seeking experienced staff to help contribute to their success. They specialise in the first home buyers market with a range of quality designed and affordable homes. Already forecasting 300 homes per year (in their first year) along with being financially backed by their successful parent company this company is going from strength to strength.


The Job
Reporting to a highly experienced Estimating Manager and working with a small team, you will be responsible for presenting contracts and tenders to clients. You will be required to;

• provide amazing customer service and knowledge by answering client queries throughout the process, specifically contract, soil and survey queries
• Liaising with the relevant departments when issues arise
• Having a thorough understanding of each supplier item
• Updating CRM's and client files accordingly

About You

• 2 + years of previous experience within a similar role in construction is essential
• Must be highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Display a strong work ethic, ability to work independently as well as cohesively within a team environment
• Proactive with a positive can do attitude
• Ability to relate to people of all types and cultures
• MUST HAVE permanent residence
