Location: Moonah, Tasmania
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + super (dependant on experience)

- Oversee and manage plumbing projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to address them effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and optimize plumbing operations, including procurement, inventory management, and workforce allocation
- Provide leadership and guidance to the plumbing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience working as a Plumbing Project Manager or Plumbing Operations Manager within Australia
- Strong knowledge and expertise in plumbing systems, construction methodologies, and project management principles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering plumbing projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
