Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager
Location: Moonah, Tasmania 
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + super (dependant on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage plumbing projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Monitor project progress, identify any issues or bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to address them effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage and optimize plumbing operations, including procurement, inventory management, and workforce allocation
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the plumbing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Plumbing Project Manager or Plumbing Operations Manager within Australia
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in plumbing systems, construction methodologies, and project management principles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering plumbing projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
