Job description
The Builder:
  • Delivering construction projects across commercial, retail, childcare, government and fit out work across Southeast Melbourne.
  • The opportunity to work with a market leading Tier 3 commercial builder with a decade worth of industry exposure.
  • Projects varying in size, valuing up to $10m.

The Role:
  • Contract OHS Labourer
  • Perfect postion for someone looking to transistion from labouring into full time OHS.
  • Mainly hands on role, being the on-site support for the site manager.
  • Current project based in Pakenham, with future works spread out throughout the South East Melbourne.
  • Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
  • Review sub-contractor SWMS.
  • Conduct on site safety walks / toolbox talks.
  • Mucking in with different trades/machinery, you will be expected to take on different roles each day.

Must have:
  • 1 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
  • Ideally hold a Certificate III in OHS
  • Ideally hold a First Aid / CPR ticket.
  • Experience working within construction (Commercial experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent Understanding of OH&S procedures and protocols
  • Access to other tickets including Forklift, Traffic control and EWP.
