Office Manager | Leading Engineering Construction Firm
Salary: $85K-$100K + super
Location: NW Victoria

THE COMPANY
My client is a respected specialist in large engineering structures including water treatment plants, sewerage treatment plants, and bridge construction. With a focus on precision and attention to detail, they're seeking a skilled Office Manager to join their dedicated team.


THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating employee onboarding and supplier setup

  • Assisting with insurance policy management and claims

  • Managing the reception phone & multiple email accounts

  • Managing all aspects of bookkeeping using MYOB

  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable

  • Processing payroll and related obligations

  • Handling ATO lodgements and payments

  • Onboarding new employees & basic HR duties


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Extensive bookkeeping and payroll experience

  • Thorough understanding of financial accounting software systems

  • Knowledge of CFMEU Construction EBA

  • Experience with end-of-month, quarter, and year obligations

  • Strong HR and general business administration background

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, SharePoint, MYOB

  • Experience with Lightyear AP and NAB Connect is highly regarded
