Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager

Location - West of Melbourne

Are you living out West and looking to challenge yourself with larger projects, or simply looking to get out of the city to find more balance between work and life?

This market leading mechanical contractor work on Melbourne's largest commercial projects with all your Tier 1 builders. With a strong pipeline of work already secured they are now seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their experienced team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standards
  • Delivering range of large commercial build projects
  • Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
  • Tender event schedules, design management strategy, project planning and Project Management systems
  • Predicting cost to completion
  • Financial management
