About the Role:
Our Marketing Officer will manage the Fetch brand, communications and marketing strategy in line with company values, vision & business plan.
Develop, design and maintain all branded collateral, merchandise & templates. Lead & manage company-led programs and events. Work closely with Directors to roll out a number of operational projects.

We are looking for an individual that enjoys variety in their role and is motivated to learn & develop their skills with our business.
This individual should be committed and pay attention to detail. This role is based in Southbank opposite Flinders Street station.

• Manage Fetch's social media & content production
• Develop & design all branded collateral to support the business and consultants
• Support consultants in their external email marketing
• Assist the Operations team to deliver events and manage corporate memberships
• Manage the copy, imagery and functionality of Fetch's website
• Conduct regular market research and provide updates to the business
• Manage Fetch's advertising strategy

About You:

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• An ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment including developing strong working relationships with a number of stakeholders and managing expectations.
• High level of communication skills
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or equivalent
