The Company
My client is a well-renowned, stable and growing restoration company who has been around for 5 + years and specialise in Mould, Fire and Water restorations. They have experienced year-on-year success and due to a strong pipeline of future work, they are now looking to expand their team and take the company to the next level. We are looking for a restoration expert who is passionate about the industry and is looking for a dynamic and challenging senior position. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and contribute to this companies ongoing success during an exciting growth phase.

About the Role:
We are looking for an absolute expert in restoration and insurance, with previous experience in the field to work on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing large loss and other complex projects across Australia from 200k - 2M in project value. Eventually we envision the successful candidate to grow and manage a team of restoration professionals under them. Country travel will be required as necessary, and duties include;

  • Managing a portfolio of projects ranging in value, complexity and geographical location
  • Actively monitoring trade contractors to ensure total compliance to the company's requirements and expectations
  • Resolving issues and disputes with customers and/or trade contractors
  • Headhunting new major loss jobs and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients in the industry


About You

  • 5 + years of restoration experience and demonstrated knowledge of the remedial industry
  • 2 + years experience in a similar senior position with large loss restoration projects, teams or operations
  • IICRC certified in mould, water and fire or equivalent
  • Outgoing and team-oriented personality and a natural leadership style
  • Fantastic organisational skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks at once in a busy and diverse environment
  • Strong people skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients, contractors and your team
  • Computer savvy
  • Full drivers license (no restrictions) & full working rights in Australia
