About The Role
Our client specialises in the management & execution of commercial, education & healthcare property works & facility maintenance. A maintenance Carpenter will be responsible for the coordination and completion of preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance ensuring that a high quality standard of work is achieved.
Initially this is Part Time role starting off as 2-3 days a week then has the opportunity to go Full Time after 3 months.

Duties

• General Carpentry
• General residential building maintenance & repairs
• Installation of grab rails & ramps
• Window & door lock installations
• Door and window installation & repair
• Small tiling jobs & repairs
• Delivery of day to day repairs and maintenance
• Must have the opportunity

Skills and Experience

• Experience in strata, residential or commercial maintenance remedial and construction.
• Shop fitting or commercial fit out experience an advantage (ie, aluminium stud, plaster, suspended ceilings)
• Must be self motivated and a problem solver
• White card
• Trade qualified Carpenter
• Own tools
• Reliable transport
