Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily machining and fitting operations.
- Lead and support a team of machinists and fitters.
- Interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality components.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines.
- Trade qualifications in machining or fitting (e.g., Certificate III in Engineering).
- Experience in machining and fitting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
