Leading Hand Carpenter - High End Residential

About role:
Working for a leading home builder within the Residential industry, who specialise in architecturally designed homes in metro Melbourne. Utilising your lock up, fix and finishing skills to produce stunning multi-million dollar homes, while supervising the other carpenters on site.
Looking for a carpenter who has a broad range of skills and is confident in working independently and leading others. Full time position with the opportunity to progress off the tools!

Current Site Locations:

• Malvern - $5.5mil
• Camberwell - $4mil
• Elsternwick - $5mil
• Toorak - $6.6mil

Duties:

• Timber cladding
• Timber features (battens / curved walls etc.)
• Timber framing
• Lock up & fix
• Decks
• Pergolas
• External structures
• Steel work

Requirements:

• Qualified Carpenter
• High End Home experience (preferred but not essential)
• Drivers license and vehicle
• White card
• Carpentry tools
• COVID Vaccination Certificate
