Lead Estimator - Tier 2 Commercial Fitout

Award winning National Construction Company with high staff retention rates and enormous benefits. Due to their reputation as industry leaders and repeat business from their impressive client base they are looking for a Lead Estimator to tender on large scale fitout projects in excess of $10M


The right person will receive a generous salary package and the opportunity to build a team of estimators and move in to an estimating managers role.

  • Excellent remuneration up to $220,000
  • Government and Institutional Projects up to $50M

Your Experience:

  • Qualification in Building and Construction
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working as an estimator in construction (Commercial experience is a must)
  • Proven record of accurately pricing and winning projects in excess of $10M
  • Ability to read complex plans
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team
  • Exceptional attitude and personality
