Join a specialist in the subcontract space of concrete structures! Delivering concrete packages including formwork, precast install, formwork placement and concrete placement here in Melbourne. An immediate opening for a skilled Lead Estimator to join the team full time is now available.

Projects range from commercial structure packages up to $3-$15M, including health, aged care, educational, & residential accommodations etc.

Based in Melbourne's Western suburbs, offering a secure role where you can manage your day from a Senior perspective, leading each day into the world of concrete structures, salary to be negotiated anywhere from $80-$100K + Superannuation for your first year.

Roles & Responsibilities

This senior based role will reflect your previous experience in estimating, within concrete structures A minimum of 4+ years delivering similar tenders from start to finish with a similar company here in Australia / New Zealand is required.

• Prepare and compile all Tenders while identifying risks between $3-$15Million

• Undertake accurate take-offs from master plans

• Follow up and chase tender quotations and compare pricings
• Client and stakeholder management
• Cost planning and estimating with a Business Development focus
• Reviewing of costings and scopes of works
• The provision of both pre and post contract cost deliverables to the Bid delivery team

• Demonstrated portfolio working within the subcontract space of structures including experience with full concrete packages
• Relevant qualifications.
• Clear communications
• Relevant relationships within the structures market here in Melbourne ideal.

To be successful in this role you will hold previous estimating experience within the Concrete Structures industry, with a minimum of 4+ years Australian experience required.
