About the Role
Reporting to the project/site manager and working 1 site at a time from $2M - $10M, you will be required to;

• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee and co-ordinate suppliers and subcontractors onsite
• Follow all OH&S procedures & requirements and ensure this is being met onsite
• Ensure build is of a high standard and adhering to all specifications
• Find, develop and build a quality trade base

About You

• Carpentry qualified with 4 + years experience working on residential builds over $2M
• Knowledge of residential building codes and guidelines
• Must live locally and have the right to work in Australia
• Be driven, motivated and organised
• Desire to achieve results in a fast paced environment
• Have high attention to details and passion for delivering quality work
