Excellent opportunity for a foreman to progress in to a site management role.
Due to sustained growth and progression on a number of projects my client is looking for a leading hand or foreman to work alongside a senior site manager on a significant project in the eastern suburbs with a view to running your own projects once the initial project is completed.

The Role

You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Foreman on all of your projects. Reporting to the senior site manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:

• Managing and scheduling subcontractors
• Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
• On site safety
• Quality Management
• Run Toolbox meetings
• Reporting to the Senior Site Manager

YOU

• Proven experience as a leading hand or foreman on commercial or residential construction projects
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualification
• An understanding of commercial building practices
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Ability to handle OH&s issues and resolutions
• Excellent reputation and references to match
• Leadership qualities and a great personality!
