Job description

The Company
My client is a reputable and well-established Luxury Builder, specialising in high end homes between $1M- $15M across the prestigious Mornington Peninsula.

They promote from within, and look for driven ambitious candidates who they can see in a position of leadership later down the track. This is a company that doesn't promote based on your tenure at the company, but will instead look at your attitude and drive! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a builder who's interested in your development and will sky rocket your career forward if you're prepared to put in the work!

The Role
This particular role is a very unique and rare opportunity for someone wanting to move from the tools into site supervising. You will have to be hands on at the start, but once you have proven your skills and capabilities, will be given the opportunity to take on positions of higher responsibility - with the view of training you to be a fully fledged site supervisor. You will have various mentors to facilitate your development, and a great group of people to work alongside.

Must Have

  • Excellent Attitude and Passion for high end builds
  • Carpentry Apprenticeship qualifications
  • Extremely high attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Local knowledge and experience building homes (ideally high end)
  • Want to work hard
  • Permanent residence status

Next Steps

If you have the above requirements and this sounds like the golden opportunity you've been waiting for, please apply online with your updated CV and a cover letter explaining why you're the perfect person for the position.

Regretfully and respectfully, due to the high volume of applications I will only be contacting those who are successful.
