My exclusive client is a multi-award winning commercial builder based 10 minutes from the CBD and known for their exceptional culture as much as their impressive projects. I am seeking an junior project manager to join their highly skilled team. Reporting in to the construction manager you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career in project management and deliver high quality construction projects across a number of sectors.

Here's what you'll need:

• Commercial Project Coordination or project management experience of at least 2 years with a recognised commercial builder in Melbourne
• Experience using MSproject and Aconex
• Exposure to government, education and health projects will be prioritised
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work autonomously and has good time management skills
• Down to earth attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic
• Works well within a team environment

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Project delivery
• Design and project planning
• Project programming
• Project reporting
• Communicating with all of the relevant stakeholders including, clients, design teams and consultants
• General administrative tasks
