Ready to take the next step in your career?

I am looking for a contracts administrator to step up in to a Project Management role to deliver Commercial fit-out projects up to $5M. The projects will vary between Office, Instutional and Education fit-outs and you will be ably supported by a dynamic team of professionals.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Commercial fit out Contracts Administration experience of at least 3 years
  • A Qualification in construction either trade or tertiary
  • Full Australian Working Rights and Drivers License
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can work autonomously and has good time management skills
  • Ability to run client project meetings
  • Personable and exceptional presentation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great leadership skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Works well within a team environment
