The Company
My client is a small insurance builder who pride themselves on having a fun, dynamic and close-knit team where everyone genuinely enjoys coming to work each day. They have been steadily growing and are now on the hunt for an experienced Supervisor to manage a portfolio of projects across the Western region of VIC.

The Position
your duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Conducting on-site assessments to determine cause of damage
  • Prepare reports based on evidence from site & recommendations aligning to the insurers policy
  • Prepare detailed scope of works including accurate costings to rectify the damage
  • Conduct & schedule regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship & works being completed in a timely manner
  • Accurately responding to stakeholder enquiries and requests for information
  • Providing milestone updates on internal and external provider systems
  • Undertake trade related works as required

About You

This is unique opportunity that will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously but can also work as part of a team. We are seeking someone who is genuine and cares about their work, as you will be working with like-minded people. You must have;

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity estimating building works, coordinating & supervising trades
  • Excellent communication, customer service & stakeholder skills
  • Exceptional time management with the ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional approach
  • Great work ethic with a willingness to work flexible hours and be adaptable to changed routines from time to time
  • Computer savvy
  • A current driver license with a clean driving history
  • Permanent work rights
