Position: Senior Hydraulics Engineer
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $100K – 130K incl. Super
About the Role:
As a Senior Hydraulics Consultant with our client, a leading building services consultancy in Australia, you'll focus on some key projects for the Rail, Roads, Marine, Defence, Mining and private industries. You will also have strong BIM / Revit experience and lead a small team of 6 within this digital field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive hydraulic design solutions for complex projects
- Liaise frequently with external stakeholders, such as PTA, Perth Airport and MRWA.
- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high value outcomes for clients.
- Oversee design work for emerging team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Be the primary interface between clients and the Hydraulics team.
- Develop innovative hydraulic digital BIM solutions with Revit that meet sustainability and efficiency standards.
- Mentor and develop emerging engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
