HSEQ Manager

Our clients have been delivering projects within the government, institutional and commercial projects for over 20 years. They have a team of about 40 employees and provide career progression, great systems and strong supplier relationships.

Due to growth they are looking for an experience HSEQ manager to support their business with taking the systems and processes to the next level both across safety and quality management.

Reporting the General Manager your role will include but not be limited to:

• Overall management of all the businesses safety and quality actions
• Review and continual development of OH&S process and systems.
• Review, audit and mentor staff with regards to safety and quality processes.
• Conduct site checks
• Lead the process with the annual business audit

You will be required to have come from the local construction industry, with a stable and successful career implementing and delivering Safety systems, processes and maintaining and high level of compliance across the business.

It is important you also have experience in managing quality processes and documentation across the busines, this may involve implementing process as well as ongoing audits.
