Job description
Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSEQ Advisors within Brisbane for a fantastic Tier 3 Commercial builder.
 
The Company:
 
  • Tier 3 Commercial fit out, delivering projects up to $30m.
  • Coming up to 10 years of market presence, successfully delivering projects within the fit out, refurb and new build commercial space.
  • Excellent track record of returning clients within the retail and hospitality sector.
  • Currently growing within Queensland with a huge presence in other states.
 
The Role:
 
  • Roving HSEQ advisor throughout Brisbane / Gold Coast.
  • Major focus with spending majoiry of the week on a large scale commercial build in Ipswich (50% of the working week).
  • Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
  • The focal point of safety, with the idea of covering up to 10+ projects at any given time ($1.5m - $30m Projects)
  • Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company Directors/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
  • Review sub-contractor SWMS.
  • Site set ups – signage etc.
  • Conduct on site safety audits.
  • Quality control and rectification.
  • Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s
  • Effectivily use Hammertech for effectivite safety adminsitraion and logging.
 
Must have:
 
  • 3 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
  • Minimum of Certificate IV in OHS/WHS.
  • MUST HAVE experience using Hammertech
  • MUST HAVE experience within the Commercial construction industry.
