Reporting straight to senior management, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Lead and oversee the visual communication of projects, setting and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Develop a unique and timeless visual language that distinguishes each project and resonates with clients
- Utilise advanced 3D visualisation tools and techniques to create photorealistic renderings and immersive visualisations.
- Translate design concepts into captivating visualisations that assist clients and stakeholders in understanding the design vision and spatial concepts.
- Stay abreast of emerging visualisation technologies and trends
- Inject conceptual landscape framework into interior and exterior designs
- Contribute to the development of architecture spatial design
A successful candidate will possess the following;
- Min 5+ years of expereince in a similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, the Adobe Suite and V-Ray.
- Proficiency in Modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and post-production
- The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and concepts
- Interest in exploring and investigating in AI and other new methods of visualisation technology.
- Strong communication, collaboration, imagination, inquisitiveness, commitment, balance, loyalty, and empathy are valued traits
- Willingness to take on leadership and participate in a mentorship program
- The ability to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of a project (i.e. making sure office standards are adhered to, maintaining oversight on all aspects of a project including work carried out by others etc.)
