Graduate Engineer - Water

A dynamic civil contractor is currently looking to give a recent University graduate the opportunity to get their career off to the right start.

The key leaders in this organisation have a strong reputation in the industry and are rapidly growing through their various client demands. They specialise in delivering civil projects, including water, bulk earthworks and road/carparks.

As a Graduate Project Engineer joining this organisation you will be required to have the drive to succeed in your career. Initially, you will start in an assistant role working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer which will help you develop fundamentals skills that will benefit later in your career once you transition into a site-based role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and recommend resources to assigned projects to ensure their delivery on budget, on time and specification.
• Ensure relevant procedures, instructions and checklists implemented on projects and improvements initiated where appropriate.
• Follow quality system procedure and safety practices.
• Ensure OHS requirements are established on sites.

You must have recently graduated with a Bachelor in Civil or Structural Engineering or Construction Management. Some relevant work experience will be looked at favourably, especially with a civil contractor and/or builder.
