After much success in Bendigo our client is expanding into the Melbourne area and are after a formwork leading hand to join their business. With domestic and commercial formwork work lined up well into the next year it's a great time to become part of this expanding business. Construction manager is coming from a senior position with a tier 1 builder is keen to share his experience and mentor you along into a site manager position. Internal progression is encouraged.
About the role
You will be working under the project manager and looking after the site when the project manager isn't there. You are expected to be able to read and interpret plans and be able to help set up the site for both earthworks and formwork elements of the project. You would generally be looking after 3 - 5 tradesman on site.

Carpentry Qualification
2 years experience in a leading hand position
Experienced with formwork
Own Vehicle, White card and Vaccine
