Foreman/Site Manager - Health Project

One of Australia's highly-regarded Builders is looking for a Foreman on contract, for at least a few months to potentially lead into something longer term.

There is a potential to roll into something permanent fo the right candidate (if desired)

The Builder:

• A Lucrative, Specialised and Growing builder with a pipeline across Australia
• Detailed new builds and refurbishments in the Commercial, Health, Education and Government market place
• Strong client base, enabling the builder to work on some of Melbournes most Exclusive and Exciting Projects
• Projects Range from $500k to $60mil

The Role:

• Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractors
• Managing specific trades
• Coordinate trades and deliveries on site
• Managing the works to ensure program and quality expectations are met to minimize any defects and long term maintenance issues
• Managing the works to reasonably ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with relevant standards
• Liaising with sub-contractors, internal parties and various stakeholders
• Ensuring the project on time & budget
• Managing OHS on site

About You:

• Trade background
• Proven track record on similar projects locally
• Minimum OHS Cert 3
• Availability to start on short notice
