Builds ranging from $1M and $15M. This company has created a highly successful reputation in the Melbourne market by consistently maintaining strong relationships with clients, employers, subcontractors and suppliers alike.

Due to a new project win, they have recently created a Site Supervisor/Foreman role to deliver a sizeable project in one of Melbourne's affluent inner suburbs .


The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have responsibility for subcontractor management, trade coordination, OHS management and upholding quality for this award-winning builder.


About you

• Must have a minimum of 5 + years experience delivering complex high-end residential projects of up to $10M as a foreman/supervisor
• Must have a carpentry trade background
• Excellent eye for detail and a passion for architectural builds
• Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, Client and other stakeholders
