Experienced Site Foreman required for a growing Commercial fit-outs company delivering projects up to $10M.

This role is due to start in February however an immediate start is available for the right applicant!

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager this role will provide you an excellent opportunity to showcase your organisational skills, communication and keen eye for detail on innovative fit-out projects.

You will be tasked with running Commercial fit-out sites up to $10M in value and be responsible for:

• Coordination and management of all trades on site
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard within the given time frame
• Best Building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring correct OH&S procedure are adhered to at all times
• Effective and efficient communication with all parties involved in the project
• Paying keen attention to detail across the project from start to finish

About You:

• Several years' experience with a commercial building company on projects valued $1M-$10M
• Ideally have a trade background
• A tertiary qualification would be a bonus
• Great knowledge and respect of OHS procedures
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Naturally driven to be your best
• Local experience and extensive knowledge of the Melbourne Subcontractors market
