Fitout Supervisor/ Foreman

The Role

You will be responsible for the entire day to day running of the site. Some of the responsibilities the successful Foreman will take on will include OHS, all site documentation, sub contractor inductions, site walks and tool box meetings, managing the subcontractors on a daily basis to make sure they are there on time as required, checking and signing off on their work and scheduling for the next fortnight site activity in accordance with the Project Managers schedule.

The Project/s

Due to multiple tender success's there are multiple projects waiting to be staffed with contract Foreman, such as various Institutional fitout's including schools and Universities, lift lobby upgrades and refurbishments and amenities blocks.

What's Required

The successful applicant will not only come from a strong fitout background but have a proven history of handing over successful institutional fitout's, commercial refurbishments and defit work.

Projects successfully delivered should include

- Schools
- Universities
- Aged care facilities
- Early learning centres
- Commercial Offices

These projects are for prestigious universities around Melbourne therefore a Foreman with proven high end finishes experience in the past as well as maintaining the project schedule and delivery time will be the only candidates considered for this role.

The successful Foreman will also have -
- Trade background & Qualifications
- Current Victorian Drivers licence
- Ability to use computer's and relevant software
