Position: Fitout Site Manager
Location: Toowoomba and Surrounding Areas
Contract Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
Project Value: $1.5 million
Experience Required: 5+ years in Site Management (Commercial Construction/Fitout preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
- Monitor project progress and manage resources effectively.
- Maintain quality control and address any issues that arise on-site.
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, with a strong background in commercial construction and fitouts.
- Proven track record in managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- Have all of your relevant trade qualifications
- QBCC licenced
