Fetch are working with a national T2 builder who are looking for a Finishes/Defects Foreman on an office fit out.
The Company
National T2 builder that has been operating for over 30 years with over 80 employees. Works predominantly in the high rise commercial office and apartment sector valued up to $40m.
The Role
The role on offer is for someone to manage a team on-site and get on the tools when required. Have worked on similar projects. You will need to be able to build rapport with clients, architects and work well in high pressure environments.
You
You will need to have carpentry/joinery experience on projects beyond $30m and have worked on anything from high rise residential, retail stores, fitouts and commercial offices. You must have experience in managing trades and be a clear leader.
