- Degree qualified in architecture.
- min 4 years of post-grad experience – ideally high-end residential
- Proficiency in Revit and Enscape
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of the NCC, Australian Standards and applicable legislations.
- Expereince with DA submissions.
Reporting straight to the senior staff, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Design and documentation in Revit.
- Assist in the production and progressing of project documentation through all relevant stages.
- Obtain brief and preliminary site info from client in initial meeting alongside the team.
- Prepare site analysis to identify opportunities and constraints and then correctly set up the project making use of the 3D survey model.
- Coordinate all design concepts with project consultant teams.
- Design with sustainability in mind with regards to building form, orientation, materials, and systems
