THE ROLE
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the gatekeeper of their operations, ensuring the directors can focus on driving the business forward. You'll join the Admin/Operations Team, working behind the scenes to keep the creative engine running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule internal/external meetings
- Act as the first point of contact, handling queries and calls with finesse
- Provide project administration support
- Master email management and maintain organised filing systems
- Coordinate conference calls and digital meeting setups
- Handle paperwork and filing with precision
- Arrange travel for directors and team members
- Tackle personal, sometimes sensitive tasks with utmost discretion
- Offer general office support to the Admin team
- Assist with maintaining our contact base and business development
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (creative or property industry experience preferred)
- Proactive and enthusiastic mindset with a hunger to learn
- Well-presented and friendly demeanour
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Exceptional organisational skills
