A very-well established, publicly owned concrete & formwork sub-contractor based in the West. A company that only work with the best tier 1 builder in Melbourne, delivering a range of projects including agedcare, education and apartments from $5m-$50m.

They offer a complete concrete package including form-work, concrete, Reo, pumping, cranes and installation of precast.

About the Role

• Completing take offs using digital systems;
• Preparation of tender proposals and quotes;
• Presentation of tenders to our Contracts Manager;
• Preparation of tender documentation;
• Post contract cost control and administration;
• Preparation and submission of variation documents;
• Report to Contracts Manager daily on progress;
• Site visits to ensure correct scope is being completed.
• Strong ability to liaise with clients

About You

• Experienced estimator with formwork/structures experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Would of gained your experience with a tier 1, 2 or 3 structural contractor
• You will have strong attention to detail and a keen eye for the dollar
