We're looking for a Estimator for a Well-known and Established builder who have a strong presence in regional Victoria.

- Projects between $5m and $50m+
- Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
- Detailed take-offs
- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings
- Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently
- Initially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously (during COVID19)
- Gather and manage the tender documentation
- Knowledge of industry standards and prices
- Construction related degree
- Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices
- 3+ Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally
- New build experience is preferable but not essential
