Estimator - Concrete

Are you an Intermediate Estimator? We are now seeking a skilled individual to join an established sub-contractor specialising in volume concrete packages including site cuts & piling as our Victorian residential sector moves into a more demanding peak!

You will be joining an established team of 2 estimators based in the head office located 45 minutes South East of Melbourne offering a flexible working roster.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Quantity take offs
• Liaising with sub-contractors/ suppliers to obtain quotes
• Preparing estimates & submitting for tenders
• Liaising with clients to monitor site progression & requirements
• Cost estimate for onsite tasks
• Assisting estimating team with general workflow tasks

Personal Attributes

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience estimating within concrete or piling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
