Projects range from commercial structure packages up to $10 Million, including health, aged care, educational, & residential accommodations etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

If your looking to take that next step and grow in you estimating career, this role will require your experience to be at a minimum of 4+ years delivering similar tenders from start to finish.

Personal Attributes

• Demonstrated portfolio working within the subcontract space of structures including experience with full concrete packages
• tender submissions & submit structural packages of up to $10+ Million
• Undertake accurate take-offs from master plans
• Create BOQ and estimates
• Monitor time frames closely and identify and alert relevant stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications required

To be successful in this role you will hold previous estimating experience within the Concrete Structures industry, with a minimum of 4+ years Australian experience required.
