Operating over a decade here in Melbourne, an Tier 3 business pride themselves on delivering medium sized concrete packages with a focus on formwork within the local subcontract space of structures located on Melbourne's South East

Based on industry demand this company are now welcoming an experienced estimator to join the team on a 6+ month fixed term contract with the intention to prepare several large scale tenders for upcoming projects throughout Melbourne for the remainder of 2020 & into 2021.

Roles & Responsibilities

With a successful portfolio ranging from mid-level apartments, hospitals, schools, retail and industrial, you will require a minimum of 2+ years local experience estimating experience on concrete structures here in Melbourne and ready to take on upcoming project tenders from start to finish.

Personal Attributes

• Define and write comprehensive tender submissions & submit structural packages of up to $7+ Million
• Demonstrated portfolio working within the subcontract space of structures including experience with full concrete packages
• Established relationships within the subcontract industry.

• Available for a minimum of 6+ month contact with most recent works within concrete & structures

To be successful in this role you will hold previous estimating experience within the Concrete Structures industry, with a minimum of 2+ years Australian experience required.
