Position: Estimator/Quantity Surveyor - Structures
Location: Inner Northern suburbs of Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, focusing on structures such as bridges, culverts, and retaining walls.

• Collaborate closely with project teams to analyse and comprehend project requirements.

• Evaluate and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to facilitate decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, with a specific emphasis on structures within the construction industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimating and quantity surveying.
