Estimator - Tier 2 Commercial Construction


Based just 5 mins from the CBD my client is an award winning Construction Company with high staff retention rates and enormous benefits. Due to their reputation as industry leaders and repeat business from their impressive client base they are looking for a Estimator to join their dedicated team.

The successful candidate will receive a generous salary package and the opportunity to grow with a supportive, progressive team working on varied projects valued up to $100M.


Your Experience:

  • Qualification in Building and Construction
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working as an estimator in construction (Commercial experience is a must)
  • Proven record of accurately pricing projects in excess of $10M
  • Ability to read complex plans
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team
  • Excellent knowledge and network of subcontractors
  • Exceptional attitude and personality
