My client is an award winning custom home builder that has gone from strength to strength over the last 30 years, capturing a large share of the Victorian residential market. With an innovative approach to all aspects of their business, this is a company that will keep you engaged throughout your career. Located in the inner Suburbs of Melbourne, they are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Estimator who can add to this companies ongoing success.

The Role

• Undertake accurate take-offs from master plans
• Create BOQ and estimates
• Provide ad-hoc customer pricing items to other members of the team
• Produce PO's for the supply of labour & materials
• Coordinate deliveries in association with relevant site based personnel
• Maintain spec sheets
• Review quotes and allocate suppliers
• Recorded Calculate customer variation costs.
• Monitor time frames closely and identify and alert relevant stakeholders of any variations

About You

• Driven, motivated and team-oriented personality
• Thorough understanding of residential building processes and details
• Estimating experience of 2 years minimum with a home builder
• Must have exposure to both production and sales estimating
• Databuild experience
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
